Riding the gondola in Venice under the moonlight while sipping champagne under a warm breeze. The rider was singing "Tempo D'Estate a Venezia" with a philharmonic player. As we rode by the ancient ruins of the city we were reminded how everlasting and strong our relationship and love for each other was. The sound of the waves was very relaxing and added to the warm ambience. The sky was full of stars and I could see Mike's twinkle in his eye. I was like our honeymoon all over again but even better! A more mature and stronger love since we have gone through so much in life together. We held hands and cuddled each other tightly as we whispered to each other how much we loved each other and how much we will continue to love each other as we continue to age. Almost twenty years of marriage and still going strong. When our ride was completed, Mike bought me a bouquet of roses to finish off an already very special event. I love you Mike!
