Marriage is hard, raising children is hard and sometimes romance takes a back seat to life. I have been married to Kevin for 19 years this year and a couple for 25 years. We have three children all boys and I choose 16 years ago to give up my career and stay at home with the boys. Many people think that the life of a stay at home mom is all coffee time and bon bons but it is not, it is a lonely and sometimes depressing existence, it is hard to separate woman, mom, wife, sister, lover and friend from maid. But through it all there has been Kevin my best friend and sole mate. For Christmas 1985 he gave me a brass tree ornament and this year I placed my 25th brass tree ornament on my christmas tree. I love Kevin and my family with all my heart, Happy Valentines day.
