My partner is not a "romantic guy" it took me over 2 years to finally get a card and I have only once received flowers. But he does the most thoughtful things. The most thoughtful thing, I consider romantic is tied to how we met. I work at a clinic that fits members of the military for boots. One day almost 4 years ago he walked in at 4pm with a Timmies in his hand to come and be fitted. I for some reason looked at him and joked that he could not come in at that time of the day without one for me. He asked me what I took and I said double/double and low and behold he turned around and came back 10 minutes later with one for me. Wow. And to top it off after I fit him I had to take our garbage out and he said he would do it for me and he did!!!!! and he has been coming ever since on Thursdays to take my garbage out for me. He actually feels bad when he is gone and can't be here to do it for me. It never fails to make me feel special and looked after.
